Processing time:

We do our best to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 days.

Delivery time:

The average delivery time is 5-15 working days, depending on the delivery country.

Depending on your location and other factors, such as customs delays, there may be delays.

Track your order:

All orders contain tracking information and are usually sent by email within 48 hours after the order is shipped.
You can also use your tracking number to track your order here.

Tariffs and duties:
In most cases, there is no extra charge for the delivery of packages to the United States. )

All listed transportation costs (or free transportation promotion) do not include customs duties, duties and taxes. We can't be responsible for this. The consignee is responsible for all customs, customs clearance and other expenses required for international transportation.

Lost/stolen packages:
Our customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we cover special delays under any circumstances, even losses in transit, and provide free reloading or refund.
If the order does not reach the destination and is delayed at the local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier before receiving the refund for re-transportation.
If you enter the wrong shipping information, you will not be eligible for re-shipping or refund.
